Think about water when exercising

Water is the most important nutrient for the body because 4/5 of the body weight is water. A human can survive for weeks without food, but only a few days without water. Let’s see how water exercise is necessary.

Before exercise

                At least 1 hour before exercising, drink about 400-500 ml of clean water (1 small bottle of water) because after a while your body will lose sweat from exercising.

While exercising

                Body temperature will increase. Heat will be released from the body in the form of sweat. However, during exercise, you should not drink a lot of water because it will cause bloating. Take a sip every 20 minutes to feel refreshed.

After exercise
